been bulimic for years. always been afraid to tell my doctor. My boyfriend knows and accepts what I do. I spend alot of time lying to my family about where I am and what I eat. B/P sometimes up to 6 times a day, every day. Wish I could stop. Gonna try a liquid type detox diet tommorow. Probably will not get throgh half the day sticking to it, but I have hope. Its always I will start tommorow, ya know! I am a somewhat normal weight, but always feel huge. anybody out there?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
It's good that your boyfriend knows but he shouldn't accept it, that's like saying "it's ok to kill yourself". He should support you to get help. I don't know your family but if they love you you should tell them. You are going to need all the encouragement and support you need. Because you say yourself you can't do it by yourself and I don't think anybody can. Good luck.
