THANK YOU ED FOR SCREWING WITH MY HEAD EVERYDAY
I hate these superficial feelings that won't go away. when I come on DS and start looking at people's pictures I am jealous of everyone. They're slimmer, prettier, have more friends, have more eloquent typing, better express themselves, have more comments on their journals,....
When I go out into the real world to escape my head...to the store or to get a bite to eat I am fatter than everyone they are staring at my fatness my ugliness. whatever I order will be wrong.
When I think about the fact that I have no friends right now I thank ED for isolating me so sufficiently.
thanks for listening.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
just venting.
Plus I checked on your profile you have 30 friends. That's how many I have and I'm not accepting any more because I couldn't keep up with everybody's journal then and I don't take my friendships lightly.
I hope you have a better day tomorrow.
But it takes time, I think, to allow ourselves to get to know others while letting them get to know us, whether that is in person or online.
As for the outside appearances such as looks and typing eloquently, I'm pretty sure that falls under the lines of perfectionism--which truly sucks to be honest.
