I am a binge eater. I gained alot of weight and can't fit in my clothes. in 2 months i start at a new school and want to be at a good weight.
I used to be a hard core athlete, then had to stop all of a sudden due to physical problems. Now I have no energy to exercise and just keep on bingeing. I then diet, so i am staying at the same weight.
Anyone know how to lose a lot of weight very quickly, like at least 30 pounds in 2 months?
Anyone know how to get alot of energy?!!
Anyone know how to stop eating?!!!! I rather be anorexic than a binge eater if I am going to have an eating disorder.
I am going to see a therapist, but i need to lose this weight now!!!!!

A friend sent this to me..As far as I can see, grief will never truly end.It may become softer overtime, more gentleand some days will feel sharp. But grief will last as long as Love does - ForeverIt's simply the way the absence of your loved onemanifests in your heart. A deep longing accompaniedby the deepest Love some days. The heavy fog mayreturn and the next day, it may recede.Once again, it's...

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
You can get lots of energy by eating healthy and exercising regularly.
If you stop eating you wont do anything but gain weight. (not to mention being exausted, No food- No energy!)
YOu might want to see a therepist now. Binge eating is a disorder that with help can be overcome.
We are all here to gt better! We support you to do the same!!!
Here's what helps me. Have an early dinner, then do some light excercise, like go for a walk. When you get back from doing that, remind yourself of the hard work you've done, and how awful you'll feel if you go on a binge. It's like breaking an addiction. The more times you can do this w/out bingeing when you get home, the easier it will be. Remind yourself you'll feel better for it in the morning. If u really need to snack out, the vegetable is your friend :)
The weight loss you're describing, if i convert correctly, sounds like a weight loss of just under 2 kg a week for 2 months... that's a pretty harsh goal. Don't set yourself up to fail. I'm not saying you couldn't do it, but it might make it easier to deal with if you make it a little bit easier on yourself.
But most importantly as Sjalva has said, you are not your weight.
Sorry if I've ranted, it's just that you struck a chord with me and if nothing else (other than my overzealous reply!) I can give u my support.
Luv Ducky :)
