Hey, am having a kinda good day but am kinda sliding this arvo, feeling a bit not normal cause am trying so hard not to be sick and feel the only way can do so is to stick to my schedule by going home for a walk and cooking a small meal.. so many invites as is thur night to dinner or the pub but dont feel strong enough to go and not ruin everything as this is my 3rd day of not being sick..yesterday when you guys responded with your best things of the day it made me feel so much better...help??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
