I HATE ED! I was doing so well today. I ate lunch, a snack, and I decided that was enough for the day. Dinner time came and went, and I didn't eat. Well 2 hours later, I finally allowed myself to eat. But I totally pigged! I'm so mad at myself! Why do I have to be so weak? I'm so pathetic!

You aren't weak; you just slipped. Remember that you DID do well today, and you just made a small mistake. You aren't pathetic either- just pick yourself up and keep on trying!! Don't lose hope.

They say every mistake is a "Treasure" and in every day there will be good and bad, so focus on the good each day. and don't beat yourself focus on the good.

I don't see it as weakness at all. Since you purposefully decided to skip dinner your body was starving and then ED kicked right in. I hope you can allow yourself to eat dinner when you're hungry next time. It'll get easier. Hang in there and don't beat yourself up. XOXO

Don't skip dinner or it'll happen to you every time. Just have small meals throughout the day and you'll not feel the need to make up for it later.

I can't eat more than one meal a day or I'll purge. (the exception of yesterday) I'm bugging out! I'm FAT and worthless! I feel so much guilt because there are people out there starving because they can't afford it, and I'm starving on purpose! How fucking horrible is that!?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
