Need to know why this is still happening to me! Ive been doing real well for a while now, i've had my slip ups, but when i say real well, i havent really been binging to the point of aching ,in a while. Until last night. I couldnt stop, all i felt was that i want to throw this up as soon as i eat it, and one delay led to another then another until i was so damn full i almost couldnt breathe. Forget about purging at that point. Today I went to the gym early to try and feel better about the damage i had done the night before but it was too late it seemed. I was left feeling like crap the whole day with a tremendous headache from all the sugar i had consumed the night before and lack of food i was eating today. By the time i got home i was feeling sort of numb but made sure i made myself a nice healthy dinner with veggies and tofu. Reminding myself that this was not going to end in another binge episode...what happens...well the obvious. Now im freaking out that im going to wake up feeling the same way i did this morning. "Hung over" and feeling like crap. I cant take it anymore i want to cry. What do i do to keep myself calm for the moment! :*(
