Yes, I have had this happen as well. It feels like a fluttering but with an almost painful edge to it. I dont know what it is. I have noticed it a lot more frequent and stronger lately so it must be stress related, I think. I have lost a lot of weight over the past week due to being in hospital and havent slept for about 3 days and nights. I dont know about why its happening to you, but I think for me its my heart breaking. I hope you find some better answers soon.

I would go to the doctor ASAP and check it out. I was having pains and they found a heart murmur; I won't know until I go back for more tests. Also my teeth are f'd among some other things and I am about to be officially underwright and everyone tells me that I look like crap and tired. So if you think that you are having a problem with your heart don't take it lightly. I thought that I was perfectly healthy!

I went to doctors for years because I knew something was wrong and it was very scary. I had tons of EKGs,ultrasounds but nothing showed up, until I went inpatient, passed out twice. They did a 24 hour EKG and still didn't find anything. Because they have to do the EKG right when it happens. That's when it showed up. To confirm it they did a tilt table test. Normal people are ok on there for 8 minutes. I passed out after 2. Anyway I was diagnosed with Potsyndrom and put on meds. They have to be adjusted every once in a while but I'm doing a lot better. Everyonce in a while it comes back and I hate it. Ask your doctor to do a tilt table test. That's all I can recommend.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
