I have so much trouble in the evening with not eating to much or, rather over the caloric intake I've set for myself. Part of the problem is that I have a bad babit of not being able to sit in front of the t.v. without eating. I can be okay during the day, but the evening really freaks me out so I tend to isolate myself from my family, and therefore, miss out on any quality time. I am alone in the day, so the nights should be a nice time for me. I just worry SO much about how much I'm going to eat or if I'm going to go overboard, so I just avoid any triggers. Any advice on what I can do WITH my family here at home, instead of just us going out, which is fine, but it is also an excuse not to eat. I hope this makes some sense. HELP! It's a REAL issue for me.
