this is a serious question, for those of you who have lost their period from ed... when did you first notice the changes? i don't want to post numbers and trigger people, but i have lost a significant amount of weight. i am late for my period.. actually a month late. and i'm wondering if its ed-related. and, no i am NOT pregnant.
i did go thru a long period of anorexia in my teens and had sporatic periods (some years only 1-2 months), but i don't remember when it all started. not sure if it's a bmi thing, nutrition, etc. well, i'm sure they're all related.. but i dunno, anyone with personal experience they could walk me thru?
if you don't feel comfortable responding to this thread, please pm me. thanks. :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i'm due for my yearly gyno checkup anyways.. so thats good advice.
