Well I have been having an on and off battle. I have been reading some books such as "Breaking Free From Emotional Eating" and "Intuitive Eating" and they all talk about eating when you are hungry and what you feel like eating. When I was in treatment they made a big point of it also. The trouble is right now I am not sure I am in a place where I can just pick and choose what I want to eat without sending me into a binge/purge cycyle. I was thinking about making a mealplan maybe to start off with, but then I am scared if I don't follow it to a t then I will end up binging anyway. Either way I need to do something because right now things are not going well at all...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
