okay.. i figured out the reason im not loosing weigth is cuz i barely eat... and only really at night...but when i try to eat normally i gain weight... so.. what should be my healthy plan of attack? cuz i work all day.. and the only food availib is fried crap.. no healthy food... and the food at home isnt much better... i cant affored to buy my own food so... should i live off salads? i would like some advice
