I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Water is such a vital part of the smooth functioning of the entire body's systems. I don't know how far you are into the anorexia relapse, but sometimes a low urine output can be an indication that the kidneys are shutting down.
For now, grab a water bottle and just sip, sip, sip, throughout the day. You don't have to guzzle it or drink tons at once, just get some of that good stuff into you! And maybe check with your doctor.
You don't need to drink a gallon of water in one sitting- I suggest what I do. Take a small 4 or 6 ounce glass, and pour water into it halfway up. Drink. If you think you can, do it again. At least it's something, eh?
yes my urine is dark and concentrated.
