My therapist says that I need to look at my childhood past to really start to work on why I hang on to the Eating Disorder... I am so scared to really go there though because I just dont want to get overwhelm and then have to wait week or two to see her again... I am doing better with the ED but at times I hold on to it more then others.
Its just hard to let the feelings happen and worry about if they will stop.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Thanks Again.

I, too, was an abused child, and used my ED as punishment for what they did. With my therapists help (after opening up), I was able to break down these thoughts and seeing my parents isn't so difficult anymore
