i try to eat i really do, but when i put it in my mouth i think look at how fat your getting, your losing control of yourself. i havent kept anything down in a bout a week. thanksgiving day i ate some veggies then threw them up. i feel so pathetic and stupid. i jsut wish that all this would stop

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Start with thinking about food, not as something YOU need, but something HUMANS need. what foods do humans need, they need carbs for energy and glucose production, to feed the brain. Humans need protein for muscle strength and a source of amino acids, if not, they will start digesting their own muscles. they need fat as a source of lipids, to protect their organs, as a source of fuel. They need vitamins...
Start breaking down things you think you MIGHT eat.. This is a potato. it has carbohydrates, it has vitamins in it... it will help me with X, X, and X... then see if it is easer to use it as a tool for your body, instead of just "eating" it.
