My story is a long one and not one I want to bore you with (see my journal and profile if you like)
When I purge or throw up (whatever you want to call it) I feel as though it is my release. I have sooo many thoughts and feelings in my head that it is a way for me to forget it all and just to concentrate on one thing - my eating.
In a way it is my comfort - the thing that defines me - is this making any sense to anyone?
I have had my ED since I was 14 and I'm 33 now. I stopped my ED for 3 years (WOW I hear you say) but I was triggered recently (I passed a place where my abuse happened) I could'nt cope without my ED.
Am I wierd?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
good luck with everything :)
