its times like right now..when i feel like everything is going wrong and i just cant handle the things in my life right now that I feel like purging.I just want to get it all out and pretend like tis not happening(as if this would help)And i feel disgusting and fat after eating so much food,esp compared to my best friend who is beauitfully skinny.Sometimes i wonder if i make myself purge because i kno its bad for me and how awful it is to do.Like hurtmyself to cancel out or makemyself feel better about the stuff that hurts me emotionally in my life.So idk what this is...is this normal.what should i do
