Hi there. I wanted some thoughts on recovery processes? In patients or out patients? I dont want to go into weights etc or upset or offend anybody BUT, to be admitted to hospital for treatment, what is the diagonosis?
I have been told thet in patient treatment would be recommended for me, but, I have a daughter and this wouldnt be ideal. What I struggle with is, I dont understand what the pricess is, treatments, how it would work etc?
I have been an out-patient for three months now and seem to be chasing my tail.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
for me, a residential program, was the only way to get my body healthy enough.
if nothing else, it gave my body a break for 2 months.
following the rules was hard and it sucked, but sometimes we have to do hard things, to try and save ourselves.
every program has different rules, but similar.
price wise, they differ as well.
you need to do what is best for YOU.
as for your daughter, i think she would be okay while you are gone, and that you would come back to her healthier.
Good luck with whatever you choose
