Recently i've been told I really need to do something about my eating disorder as it is starting to effect my health. It has been suggested that I should return to following a meal plan of 3 meals and 3 snacks and to keep a food journal. I have tried this before and it has really freaked me out eating so many times in a day, and then to write it down and see it in black and white what I've eaten. So I've never lasted more than a day. Does this way of dealing with ED really work?
