I'm having trouble being comfortable when it comes to adjusting food plans. Like I get an idea in my head, like I really want a specific type of chocolate only found in a couple places. When I go try to get it I find out that someone bought up all that type. I start freaking out and have no idea what to do because I've been thinking about this all day and it's really the only thing that I want. It puts me in a funk the rest of the day and makes me miserable and I'm not sure how to handle it. When things get in the way of my plan for food for the day, be it lack of food or impromptu social outings, it stresses me out and is really hard to cope with.

Just curious where everyone gets their news from... do you only opt for one news source or several? Do you believe what you read news-wise from social media type sites or do you only stick to reputable news outlets? Do you still prefer print media or are you a strict 24/7 cable news channel junkie?I'm just wondering since most every news outlet is going to cover the same or similar stories...
