where do you work?

If its a part of your job to work with choc. and biscuits then the wisest thing to do would be to find a job that does not involve food. In my hunmble opinion at least.

How about brining a healthy alternative to slowly munch on during work. Chewing gum may also help.

try chewing gum until you can talk to someone about getting the food somewhere where you won't know it's there, keeping it out of sight or distract yourself with singing or making up poems or something like that..

I've worked in many different places and everywhere I go they have their candy dishes, potlucks and birthday cakes. The whole world seems to be about food and I hate it. Sorry I have no idea how to help with that problem since I can't handle it myself. Just want to let you know you're not alone.
