Sorry for such a harsh title, but I OFTEN feel very much like that. Yeah, ok, so I binge unconrollably and then engage in self-induced vomitting almost every day and multiple times, which is to the least to say, pretty gross. BUT, what I have thought about sometime is WHAT I eat sometimes, it's nowhere near normal.
SO, I would like to know some of the most disgusting, shameful things you have gobbled down. Not to laugh, but to maybe feel less shameful in this exposure.
Or, am I actually alone on this?......

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
This title does make me sad, because you're really not-I don't think any of us really are; we just have a lot of issues and behaviors to work on, but if we do then we become so much stronger!
That being said, mine are probably when I've eaten things that I had already trashed. That feels very shameful and pathetic to me. Now when I may want to continue and continue eating a certain food, I make sure to not keep it in its container, so that it is too disgusting to really tempt me. I actually know a lot of people who say that works for them too-you might want to try it, if you don't already.
Full meaty pizzas(medium size), frosting right from the container...container of ice cream. cold raw chicken, raw bacon, raw salmon fillets, yogurt with either cereal or oatmeal, cookie dough, Skor cookies, Chinese food, Japanese food, sesame sticks, raw wieners, raw sausages, East Indian, Thai...you name it I'll try it.
I don't eat these all the times...but when I'm in the mood...you can be sure I'll find one of these or several of these to chow down on.
Left overs that are too old but were too good to waste. I've been sick from it a few times
Last night was my worst one. A Whole bucket of fried chicken. To myself. In less than ten minutes. Ewwwwww
