I'm unfortunately in a relapse right now, but I'm really trying hard to come out of it. My issue is that it taked a whole lot of work for me to lose weight, but nothing to gain it. So, I've been basically keeping my calories under 100-200 a day, and work out an hour to an hour and a half everyday. Last friday I was looking and feeling like crap...so I made a really good attempt to eat a little more. well, as soon as I increased my calorie intake a little bit, I gained weight right away. This is very upsetting and makes it really hard for me to have the motivation to keep eating. I want to know if anyone else has or is going through this....I want to get beter, but this is making me crazy....
