I'm trying to figure out how to use planning my meals to prevent binges. I crave sugar every day but I can't seem to have it in moderation. Should I cut it out all together or just let myself have a large serving once or twice a week? FYI I'm seeing a therapist and we've decided to keep me on a 3-meals a day plan.
