i "gave up" purging about five years ago... but i still give in once in a while. i originally stopped due to health issues, my boyfriend's support, and the inability to hide it anymore. However, since I stopped purging regularly I have gained weight since I couldn't stop the bingeing behavior. Now I seem to be more in control, but I know I still eat more than what I need to and make too many bad choices, as if I'm going to purge. I know all the weight-loss information out there, what to eat, how much to exercise. but the reality is i'm a college student who gets stressed and loves to eat and doesn't have time to work out. i'm looking for someone who can see it from my point of view and give me any real solutions for a recovering bulimic.
