Do you feel weighed down by fears of being overweight? Do you have an unrealistic view of your body? Are you obsessed with food and having it but then disgusted with yourself when you do?
I think I am starting to sound like a psychologist but I'm just trying to ask questions which "yes" answers would best describe me.
That isn't to say that I'm correct, but it is my perception of what I am like, and to me, I'd describe myself as bulemic on a bad day and anorexic on a good one. Hopefully this helps. :)
If you choose not to eat only one meal in order to lose weight and punish yourself, and you are underweight, and you've lost your period for 3+ months, then that could clinically be anorexia nervosa.
BUT, here's the kicker: you have to be diagnosed before anyone can answer solidly to this question. Go to your doctor, be honest with him/her and see what their response is.
