i usually have a small breakfast and i only eat about 300 calories for lunch (usually soup, or a sandwich), and i feel great about myself.
but then i come back home from school and turn on the TV, and all i can think about is food.
so no matter how hard i try, i always end up eating over 1000 calories.
how can i stop thinking about food and eating?
does anybody have any tips. please, i feel so depressed i don't know what to do.
thank you if you took the time to give some advice

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
have a look at this site and see how many calories your body needs to consume just to maintain your weight, you'll be surprised: http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html
you say yourself that your breakfast is "small", and that your lunch isn't much either, and you also don't mention any snacks.... if you try to incorporate some of the calories from your afternoon "binge" into healthy morning tea and afternoon tea then you will probably find yourself a less hungry. as for stopping your afternoon binge, maybe take something with you to school and eat it as soon as lessons are finished and you probably won't be so hungry when you get home?
i hope this helps a little bit. it can be so hard to rationalise eating more; but you'll probably find you're not really in the end.
good luck..... xxoo
In conjunction with the other great advice given this should help you a bit.
Good luck!
