Hi,
I am really struggling with feelings of guilt associated with eating...At the moment I am trying to eat a small amount of dinner with my hubby, but the feelings of guilt I have after eating are so overwhelming that I end up turning to laxatives to counteract the feelings, only to feel guilty for having had those...Tonight I went for a walk after dinner which helped somewhat...
Any sugestions would be greatly appreciates.
Love and hugs,
Shell
