Hello, I am new to this website, so Im just giving it a try. I dont really think its going to help but we'll have to see. I have always been the athletic type. Skinny all through highschool. Healthy and fit. But I have graduated and stopped playing all the sports I was involved in, (baseball, dance, volleyball, PE) Now my main focus is working and saving for school and horseback riding. In this past year I have gained weight. Partly because I was a late bloomer, (now I actually have curves). But now im starting to become overweight. For the past 4 to 5 months, I have been trying to lose the weight I have gained. Either by starving myself, (for a day nothing long term) Trying to eat right, and excersize. however I cant seem to do it. I try but I have very little self control. I think about food all day. I cant wait to get home from work to eat. Its not always junk food, its healthy food too. I love it all. But I eat WAY TO MUCH. I cant stop. Even If im full. I keep eating. All night. I binge and binge, and feel alwful afterwords. How can I stop this? Its like I have developed this obsesstion with food. I tried talking to my parents but because im not very overweight, and that im athletic, they just laugh at me. But I am gaining weight, and I know if I continue on this path, its going to be harder for me to stop, and I will continue to gain weight. I dont know what to do. Please Help!!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
