Hi my name is Diana and i am 41 . I have done what is needed to stay at 100lbs. since i was 18 . I weigh 105 now and my lowest was 95 . I am 5'4 and should weigh at least 120 . how do you change something thats been your way for 22 years ? I don't want to be FAT !!! I know what i do is bad but can't stop myself !
