Food, more food, sweets, and more sweets; this time of year is so frigging difficult!!
I find myself staying home more often. I find if the food/sweets aren't around I do much better.

Staying home is easier but I dont think anybody can completely isolate. At this time of year there is food everywhere, even at work and you have to go there. Plus you miss out on some gatherings that might be fun even though they involve all that food.

You should live over here in the UK - we don't have Thanksgiving and everything over here is dreary grey and cold!! Easy not to eat!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
