First, Thanks everyone for your messages and support. xoxo .I decided to look into Ellemarx's suggestion that I try out OA. First of all I was shocked to find that the closest meetings to me are 1 hour 1/2 away :( . So that was bummer number one. I then decided to download the 12 steps. It seems that it is all based around putting your faith in God, and praying and letting God heal you. I don't think I'm into that and it doesnt sound like it is for me. Does anybody know if all OA groups are like this and based so much around believing in the power of God?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
