I have not been diagnosed with being anorexic but the psychologist that my doctor referred me to say that I was/is very close....I admit I am obssessed with working out and eating healthy...and sometimes I have negative thoughts about my body...and what healthy meal im going to eat next...what are ways to help get these thoughts out of my head?
