So I am going to study abroad in Australia in 2 weeks. I am not in a healthy place right now, but I am trying to take small steps in the right direction. The thing I am writing about is the differences in food and menus over in Australia. I looked at a few Australian menus online and didn't know what half of the terms were. Food seems so different over there and I am absolutely terrified because it will be so unfamiliar and I won't know what to expect. If anyone has any tips, knowledge, or ideas that might ease my anxiety, I would appreciate it sooo much! Whether you have been to Australia, are from Australia, or know anything, please let me know! THANKS!
