I excercise every day five days a week for two hours and a half every day. I fast three out of the five weeks which used to be all five. I binge and purge on my days off. I walk from one town to the next once a week. Yesterday I had heart issues at the gym, I felt extremely lethargic and at some times my heart rate went down to 39 while I was on the eliptical machine. Today at work my heart felt like it was straining. Like there was a pressure on my heart.When I got home and didn't go to the gym today my right side hurt real bad, enough that I felt like I couldn't breathe. I am trying to get better as the doctor knows about my issues and I go to an e.d counselor. I don't know what to do or what can make me feel better. What should I do? Is there some type of supplement I can take for my heart?
