A big part of our stuggle is to try to create a healthy relationship with food right? Not this love/hate stuff. Does anyone have any healthy recipes to try? Any healthy cookbooks to rec.? When i eat healthy I don't feel guilty (as long as it's not too much), and I can actually think about other things during my day. Problem is I don't really know a whole lot of healthy recipes. Your input would be great. How have some of you tried to create a healthier relationship with food?
