I've had problems eating recently they reckon this is due to my BPD.
I have been away and have been in an environment where i felt i must eat.
I don't have a great variety in the foods that i will eat.
Now i'm home and feel really guilt about eating, almost like i want to starve myself now, but can't as my partner will kill me if i don't eat. I'm almost counting the days till she goes back to work then i can go without eating.

Not eating is only going to cause more binging when you do start eating again because you will be so hungry you won't be able to help it..... I suggest trying to eat small meals a few times a day and keeping a journal daily of all your stresses and feelings with everything you deal with and get other supports to get passed this, like a therapist or join an OA group because people there totally understand where you are coming from. Good luck :)

Diffenatly don't starve yourself. It's not the route to go. Maybe you can see a nutrionist who can get you on a healthy eating plan.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
