How do you overcome it? I get so overwhelmed in the grocery store sometimes that I can't think...can't make choices, I'm like a deer caught in headlights or something..sometimes I'll just leave and go back the next day and try again..I always eat the same things..mostly fruits and veggies..I need to eat better, but I need to eat simple things that don't involve much time in the kitchen, I'm anxious there as well...just throwing this out there..any suggestions anyone?

So my daughter, who will be 30 in a few months, says she thinks she has varicose veins, as she can't figure out what else it could be. Only in one leg, and is so bad it is hard to sleep at night.
