I'm flying to Miami next week and I havn't had a physical in a while. My Therapist wants me to see a Doctor before I go to make sure it's OK for me to fly. I really don't think there should be any problem and I don't want to get checked now. Can this cause any problems in the long run? Would they be able to claim me incompetent if I ignore it just this once. I don't really know where to go even if I would want to because I'm not living at home and the doctors here don't take my insurance. Has anyone ever been told that it's dangerous to fly? (After all people do fly out to treatment, no?)
