I'm feeling so very badly right now...and I just don't know what to do anymore...I can't write it all again so if anyone has time to read my last journal entry and has any advice PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help! I'm reaching out because I'm so low and desperate...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I reached out to this community during a very diffucult time. I was feeling so badly I was considering ending my life through passive suicide. I feel alone and worthless and when no one responds, it makes me feel even more worthless. As bad as I feel sometimes, when I see someone who needs some support, I will always reach out to them because I don't want anyone to feel like others don't care. I don't post often, but when I finally do and get little to no response, this makes me want to leave this site in order to save myself any further pain and grief...
To those few who did reach out to give me some support, I thank tou from the bottom of my heart and I promise to try my very best never to overlook you in your time of need.
Trust me when I say...I'm NOT trying to throw a guilt trip and I'm NOT looking for a pitty party. I simply needed to vent because it makes me feel somewhat better.
but, i know how it feels to be alone. and please, dont commit suicide over it. its not worth it. talk to someone, anyone. message someone. im usually on a lot throughout the day, just about everyday. message me sometime if you need to talk. im here for you. *hugs*
