A year ago, I would be so excited to go to my favorite restaurant and buy my favorite sandwich. But now, I feel anxious and guilty because the bread is white (not whole wheat), the filling has olive oil and tahini, aka fat) and maybe the sodium is bad for me. I don't know why I feel this way. I've been struggling with this feeling for a long time. Now I don't even enjoy the things I used to find joy in anymore.
