I had my second therapy appointment today, and I'm feeling much better about this than I was after my first one. After my first appointment, I was tempted to cancel my next one and pretend that I never even tried. I was so terrified of weight gain and eating more and that I would be pushed too fast, but she's just having me take small steps, and she's not having me try to gain weight, just not lose anymore. I know it's still going to be really, really hard, but today I'm feeling like it's slightly more doable. It seems like recently, I haven't really had anything positive to say, so I just wanted to share that and check in with you guys! Hope you are all doing well.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
