Thank you so much, everyone, for responding to me. I really didn't know what to expect and everything seems so positive and supportive compared to some site. I got out of the house tonight- I don't drive- to get some Christmas decorations. Took my mind off of some of my stress. No longer feel such the need to exercise- I can do it tomorrow. The old feelings of being scared to eat are coming back now that I'm home again- maybe I'll stay on the computer for awhile and hope the fear passes and eat when my body says I need it. Does anyone experience such fear when it comes to eating and does anyone fear eating in front of people? How do you cope/deal with it?
