ive been doin so well for so long... but recently ive been very stressed again, i didn't eat all weekend.
Then this morning (it is now 9am) i have eaten a pack of cheese and onion crisps, a whole big tobelerone, 2 large danish pastries, an apple and a bowl of cheerios. And then purged at work.
I don't want this to happen again, i though i was in control of this, i need to nip it in the bud now...
what can i do???

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

One of the techniques they try to use with bulimics is try and ground yourself during a meal. Mostly because meals can be panicky situations, and we tend to detach ourselves.
1. Wait five minutes before you eat it.
2. Eat slowly, enjoying your meal.
3. Before, during, and after your meal, ground yourself. Be aware of things you can touch, smell, taste, and see. Really concentrate on those sensations. Take them in. The coolness of the table, the smell of your stinky socks, the spicy taste of the pepper on your tongue, the lights in the room, the feeling of your bottom to the chair. Experience the situation.
