Think of ED, if you will, like an obsessive ex-boyfriend. He wants you but will do you no good, hurt you - obviously there's a reason you dumped him in the first place. Think of all the terrible things he's done to you. You see him for the horrible monster he is now - he's NOT going to be taken back. You do not need him, he's not right for you and doesn't deserve you. This guy is a player with no game, he's just jealous you're getting it together and leaving him behind. You will not put up with someone like that, am I right?
Maybe that's a bit wacky, but hopefully it helped something? Usually when you can personalize ED it is easier to deal with it.
And do you have a therapist you can talk to? If not, I highly suggest it.
I'm here if you want to talk more *hug*
You can still have this just try andstay stable to start maybe if that would make you feel better.
Huge hug am here for you xx
