Okay so I just got done reading this book called "Fat Chance" that someone told me their teacher made them read...well anyways, I learned somethings. I'm not the only 13 year old girl who is bulimic...even if it was just a book. Judi was going through everything I am even though she is a lot small than me....by like 30 pounds... that doesn't matter. I also don't have a friend like Nancy Pratt! this book taught me somethings, and yes I have told my aunt and therapist about my problem but they haven't really don anything about it...anyways sorry....I'm glad I found this support group or else I probably would have made myself a lot more sicker then I do now. I hardly puke at all...which is a good thing, but I still feel guilty when I eat, and I want to feel good...food is not the enemy..that stupid voice inside your head is! Food is a good thing if you eat it the right way...unlike me and well...I'm fed up with this stupid disorder. I'm ready to get real treatment, I just have to find it first. Hopefully you get a positive message out of this post even if it is from a person a lot younger than you are!
