Explain why when I eat--anything--I feel guilty, like a failure, and rid my body of the "binge." But, when I restrict, I feel empowered, in control, almost euphoric, and my mood improves? I cannot wrap my mind around this, because when I stand back and look from the outside in as if I'm watching someone else, it's absolutely rediculous, not logical thinking.
