I'm a singer and I've recently noticed that my usual habit of eating only once a day is affecting my breathing and support. My voice teacher suggested eating more often, (but small portions!)but I'm afraid that I'll gain a lot of weight. We're about to have exams and juries (singing exams) so I'm even more stressed out and don't even want to think about food, but I have to if I want to sing well. Any suggestions?
