Just got a call back from my Dr and they said my cholesterol is high. Total is 252. HDL is 98 (normal is 40-60) and LDL is 147 (normal is 55-130). They recommend diet and excercise. I am excercising on a regular basis for the last 5 mths more than just about any other time in my life (30 minutes a day on treadmill) and I've lost 30lbs in the last 5 mths. Diet and excercise...I guess I'm right. I AM FAT!!!!
