umm...so im still feeling new to this site. But anyways, To any problem, they say talking about your feelings, or your problems, they say it helps. I've found this dosn't always help for me though? Why do they say this? Whenever i try to talk to my mom about stuff... then its just awkward and i wish i hadn't brought it up. But with my friends i just feel like I'm making them feel bad. So what is there to do? it still feels like things are bottled up. anyone else get this feeling?
