ok i was reading the comment about biting the inside of your mouth, which i have done by the way, but my question is that does anyone constantly and i mean CONSTANTLY chew like packs of gum or sugar free mints and lots of Sugar free drinks to fill their stomachs up and avoid that feeling of hungar? i hope this doesn't trigger anything, it's just something i wondered, because it has been my bad habit for along time. often i would get really sick from over doing it, i guess i've developed some really INSANE habits, some of them i wonder how i ever came up with.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
That being said, coping vices run wild when you are stressed. You turn to behaviours, whther that be hoarding or chewing your nails/gums or eating sugar-free junk food. Drinking is also a common thing, as well as picking your skin, plucking out hairs, and other weird little ticks. You learn to control these things, though, and you have true mastery.
Or binging on water... my recent favorite. It's absolutely disgusting, wish I wasn't like this.
my habit is smoking, and chewing gums and mints.
